Refund policy
Email socialreminderinfo@gmail.com within 14 days of a first purchase or 7 days of a renewal for a refund. Include your receipt and access code. No reason is required inside the window.
Cancellation through the management link in your receipt stops future renewals. Refunds return through the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider.
Refunding never deletes local projects or limits checkpoint backups. Adding further authored studies and clean, complete analysis exports requires active Premium. Existing studies, frozen editions, participant files, raw response exports and backups remain available.
Duplicate or unauthorized charges and product faults can be reported outside these windows. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
